Dr. Zaradan’s diet plan, which includes a reduction in calories from meat and dairy, and a strict reduction in alcohol, is not a new one.
But it’s the first one to specifically address the issues of binge eating and alcohol consumption in the military.
Dr. Zarsan’s plan is a blend of the most effective weight loss methods he has tried in the past, including dieting, exercise, and lifestyle modification.
It includes specific steps to achieve weight loss goals, including weight loss of 5 per cent of body mass and a healthy waist circumference, and has a goal of losing 10 per cent body fat.
It also includes a diet plan that includes a variety of foods, including vegetables, fruits, and grains.
The military’s official diet plan does not include alcohol or drugs, but Dr. Zakarian says the military has developed a policy to allow soldiers to have some form of alcohol during certain times of the day.
“We don’t want them to drink too much, because that can lead to dehydration, hyponatremia, and other health issues,” he said.
“But if they drink alcohol, it’s very important that they drink it in moderation.
They need to have a very low tolerance to alcohol, and if they’re drinking alcohol, they should be very careful about how much they consume.”
Dr. Zakaria’s team also recommends that soldiers should have at least a half a glass of wine per day, and that they can enjoy their drinks with friends and family.
“If you’re in a room full of people and you’re drinking a lot, and you want to have the right amount of wine to make it enjoyable, you’re going to need to drink a little bit,” he added.
“We have people who will drink a bottle of wine a day and they will have the same alcohol level as a guy who is drinking two or three beers a day.”
A study conducted by Dr. Zeharan in 2011, which involved the military, found that drinking alcohol significantly reduces hunger and reduces the body’s ability to cope with alcohol’s side effects.
The study was released in the journal Health Psychology.
Dr Zakaria said that the military’s diet policy is a way to ensure that soldiers get the best possible nutrition and help them maintain the physical and mental health they need.
“This is something that our guys need to get right and it’s something that we need to give them as well,” he explained.
“So they need to understand the importance of nutrition and the importance and the value of getting the right kind of nutrition.”
Dr Zakarian said that while he’s not advocating a military diet, it does allow the military to make the right adjustments to the diet.
“You can’t do anything about the diet, you can’t change it, you just need to be aware of what you’re eating and what your needs are,” he continued.
“And we need the right nutrition.”
