I think of it as a challenge.
A big, fat challenge.
How much is too much?
How much can I eat?
I’ve been eating well for about four years now, but I’m still on the diet.
My doctor tells me it’s the only diet that can work for me, but for me to get there, I need to start thinking about what the next few years look like.
I need some real thinking about my life, my health, and how it’s going to change.
I’ve decided to take the leap and go back to eating just as I used to, without restrictions.
I’m going to eat as much as I did before I was diagnosed with Crohn’s, and then see how long I can sustain that without losing weight.
This is a big, big challenge for me.
I have no regrets.
I was so hungry, and it was all I could think about.
So far, I’ve lost about 40 pounds.
It’s the first time I’ve ever lost a significant amount of weight without dieting.
And I’m not even on the road to remission yet.
So I want to be clear that this is not about going back to the diet I started on.
This challenge is not going to happen again.
But if you are on a diet for any length of time, you’re going to end up on it eventually.
I had to get on the food stamp program, and I was very, very sick, and my stomach was shutting down and I had severe diarrhea.
So if I don’t eat enough, I have to be very careful not to starve myself, and if I get sick, I’ll be fine.
And it’s not just a problem for me right now.
For many people, there’s a lot of stigma surrounding Crohn, and for a lot people, it’s really hard to go back.
There’s this idea that you have to have Crohn to go to remission.
That’s not true at all.
You don’t need Crohn for remission.
The only thing that matters is that you eat well.
You just need to be aware of how much you’re eating.
You need to have good food choices and healthy habits.
I think there’s this misconception that if you’re obese, you can’t be healthy.
I really think that’s wrong.
For most people, if they have a severe illness, like diabetes, Crohn or Crohn and colitis, they are going to need to get off of a lot, or at least change their lifestyle.
That is the only time when you can really control your weight.
I know for many people on a lot diets, they get off on losing weight and getting fit, but there’s really no way to really go back if you lose weight.
And that’s because of the diet restrictions that you put on yourself.
It just makes you feel like a failure.
If you’re a very active person, then you can still lose weight if you do it right, but it’s impossible to maintain that weight while being on a restrictive diet.
That means you’re stuck with that weight for the rest of your life.
I can’t get a job, and this is the biggest reason I’m on the restrictive diet for now.
I feel like I’m living a life of failure.
I am not happy.
I do not feel healthy.
My husband and I are getting on in years, but we’re going through a divorce.
We’re both on medications and we’re both having a lot to deal with.
This diet just makes it harder.
I don’ t know if it’ll work for everyone, but that’s why I’m so on it.
It has made me feel like this is my only option.
I hope that this will help other people like me, who have been eating this way for a long time, to stay healthy.
It doesn’t matter if you have Crohns, ulcerative colitis or cancer.
It really doesn’t.
If it does, you are not alone.
If the weight you’re on has been there for a while, then it’s very likely you will eventually be on a strict diet again.
You are just going to have to eat less, and you’re not going, “Oh, this is great, I’m healthy now.”
That’s the worst part of this.
I just feel like the weight has been here for so long, I just don’t want to have it anymore.
The diet has been a big part of my life.
If I can just get off the diet, I will be a healthier person.
Thats the only thing I really want right now, and that’s the hardest part.
