The keto-diet has been around for decades, and many people have tried it.
But with all of the hype and the controversy surrounding it, is it really a diet that you can actually live on?
I sat down with Dr. Chris Bowers, a specialist in dietetics at the University of Michigan and an expert in keto nutrition, to find out.
I’m going to talk about the benefits of keto and the risks of doing it incorrectly.
I want to emphasize the fact that these are not easy diets to follow.
You need to do a lot of research and a lot practice to make sure that you’re not doing something that is not right for you.
You want to make it a habit to eat more keto than normal, and that is an absolute necessity.
You cannot just do it because it’s trendy or you want to lose weight.
The only reason people go on keto is because they want to.
You should definitely get a keto meal and you need to make a ketogenic diet work for you, Dr. Bowers told Bleacher.
I’ve done a lot in my career of working with patients and learning how to be patient.
The key is that if you’re doing it right, and you’re following a ketosis diet, it really can be a very effective way to lose fat.
I do a ton of research, and I’m able to give very detailed instructions for the diet, and if you follow it for a couple of weeks, you’ll be able to see that your body will actually go to work at a faster rate.
I can say for sure that this diet works.
You can go from about 30 percent body fat to 20 percent, and your insulin sensitivity is going to be significantly improved.
You’re going to burn off some calories at a higher rate, which is important for any type of weight loss diet.
The more you’re on the keto, the more energy you can store, which means your body is going towards building muscle.
The good news is that you’ll start to get better at this diet, Dr Bowers said.
The bad news is the amount of carbs you’re eating is going in the wrong direction.
The carbs are going to fuel your body to make fat for energy, which in turn will fuel your insulin, which makes you fat.
You will not be losing fat on the diet.
You are going into the diet as a fat burner, so you’re going into this diet to burn calories and build muscle.
And you’ll probably be in a very bad way.
You might not be gaining weight, but it is going into a bad place.
So this diet is going really, really well.
It’s not going to cause you to lose muscle.
You’ll be building muscle and you’ll get leaner.
I would recommend this diet as one that people should try.
